NOTE 5- PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT
There is no property and equipment on the balance sheet at March 31, 2013 or March 31, 2012. The Company does have property and equipment, however, for accounting purposes, the property and equipment that was transferred was fully depreciated by Worlds Inc. prior to the transfer. Therefore it has no carrying value to the Company. |
