NOTE 5 - PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT	NOTE 5- PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT There is no property and equipment on the balance sheet at December 31, 2011. The Company does have property and equipment, however, for accounting purposes, the property and equipment that was transferred was fully depreciated by Worlds Inc. prior to the transfer therefore it has no carrying value to the Company.

NOTE 5- PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT

There is no property and equipment on the balance sheet at December 31, 2011. The Company does have property and equipment, however, for accounting purposes, the property and equipment that was transferred was fully depreciated by Worlds Inc. prior to the transfer therefore it has no carrying value to the Company.
