Robert Fireman

CEO & President, MariMed, Inc.

Mr. Robert Fireman has been CEO and President of MariMed Inc. since 2017 and a member of its Board of Directors since its formation. An early pioneer and visionary in the industry, Mr. Fireman brings over 10 years of experience in the legal cannabis business to the company. Under his leadership, the MariMed team has applied for and been awarded legal cannabis licenses in multiple states and developed over 300,000 square feet of state of the art, regulatory compliant cannabis cultivation, production, and retail facilities.

A practicing attorney for over 30 years, Mr. Fireman’s legal acumen and entrepreneurial experience in diverse industries serve as tremendous assets in navigating MariMed through the complex, regulated emerging cannabis industry. In addition, he draws on his experience in direct marketing and loyalty programs, identity security, hydroponic farming, medical billing, and many other consumer facing applications to benefit the challenges and issues facing the growth and success of MariMed.

Jon Levine

Chief Administration Officer, MariMed, Inc.

Mr. Jon Levine has been CFO, Secretary, Treasurer of MariMed, Inc. since 2017, and a Director of the company since 2016. A seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience in the legal cannabis industry, he brings a broad range of financial services, real estate transaction, and healthcare management experience to his role overseeing all financial operations for the company. His extensive experience in real estate acquisition, development, construction management, architecture, and systems design has been of particular benefit to MariMed. Prior to entering cannabis, Mr. Levine worked for 13 years in credit management and as a controller in the banking and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management, and financial services. His financial stewardship of the company has helped MariMed double its revenue and Adjusted EBITDA growth in 2019 and 2020.

Eva Selhub, M.D.

Director

Eva Selhub, M.D. is a board-certified physician, speaker, scientist, executive leadership and performance coach, consultant in the field ofcorporate wellness and resilience, and an author. From August 1997 to November 2016, she served as an instructor and lecturer of medicine at Harvard Medical School. Duringthis period, Dr. Selhub simultaneously held other positions at Tufts University, Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as other professional healthcare/medical organizations.From October 2006 to October 2017, she was a senior physician at Benson Henry Institute for Mind/Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. From August 2016 topresent, she has been an adjunct scientist of neuroscience at Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, one of six human nutritionresearch centers supported by the United States Department of Agriculture. Dr. Selhub received a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from the Tufts University in 1989and her M.D. degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1994. Dr. Selhub’s professional experience and background as a physician, scientist and in mind-bodymedicine will allow her to make valuable contributions to the Board and provide expertise to serve as one of our directors.

Edward Gildea

Director

Edward Gildea became a director on January 10, 2014, and contributes expertise in areas of mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, funding, business development and executive leadership. He has many years of experience as a board member. Mr. Gildea was the CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board Of Directors of Converted Organics Inc., a publicly held company that manufactures organic fertilizer by recycling food waste, from January 2006 until June 2013. He was also a lawyer for, and COO of, QualityMetric Inc. (healthcare) from 2000-2005 and Grolier Incorporated (publishing) from 1980-1989. He spent 10 years at the Kellogg Company (1990-2000) as their vice president of legal where he managed and supervised a legal team responsible for executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Finjan Holdings Inc. (Intellectual property security software) and WPCS International Inc. (wireless communications and Bitcoin exchange).

David Allen

Director

Mr. Allen brings over 22 years of experience as a Director, CEO and CFO of public companies. Presently he serves as Chief Financial Officer of True Drinks Holdings, Inc. From September 2018 to May 2019, Mr. Allen served as Chief Financial Officer of Iconic Brands, Inc. Prior to that, from December 2014 to January 2018, Mr. Allen served as the Chief Financial Officer of WPCS International, Inc. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Allen served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Administration at Converted Organics, Inc., after serving as audit committee chair on the board of Converted Organics. Mr. Allen is currently an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU), a position he has held since 2017. For the 12 years prior, he was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at SCSU and Western Connecticut State University. Mr. Allen is a licensed CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College.
