SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 31, 2023, Susan M. Villare, the former Chief Financial Officer of the Company, tendered her resignation, effective immediately. Subsequent thereto, the Board of Directors appointed Jon R. Levine, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, as the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer, and has initiated a search process to identify and engage a new Chief Financial Officer.
Subsequent to September 30, 2023, the following equity transaction occurred:
•On October 27, 2023, the Company issued 250,000 common shares underlying RSUs that vested on that date.
